We collect only what we need to run the site, deliver the free lessons, and understand which outreach works.

What we collect

If you join the free-primer list, we collect your email address, signup time, the page you used, and any source or campaign tags in the link. The site also counts page views and may record the referring website. We do not use this site to collect the facts of your custody case.

How we use it

We use signup information to send the free videos, course updates, and closely related Custody Project resources. We use traffic information to understand which pages and campaigns help people. We do not sell your email address.

Your choices

You may unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in the message. You may also reply to an email from us and ask for your signup record to be removed.

Storage and service providers

The website and signup database are hosted using service providers that help us operate the site. We limit access to the private traffic dashboard. No online system can promise perfect security, but we use reasonable steps to protect the information we keep.

Education only

The Custody Project and Custody Win Now are education platforms, not law firms. Sending an email address or using this site does not create an attorney-client relationship.
